Tailored Training for Investors via UNPRI Webinar

The UNPRI Clearinghouse, the United Nations initiative on responsible investorship with over 800 signatories, will host a series of webinars on access to medicine, organized bij the UK based investment firm Hermes Equity Ownership Services and the Access to Medicine Foundation.

The training programme will provide a comprehensive view of the risks and opportunities of the pharmaceutical originator companies ranked by the Index. Investors will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the key concepts and major issues faced by these companies.

This training, tailored for investors, will highlight the findings of the Index and present them in the context of the companies' business models. Investors will also have the opportunity to ask questions of experts and benefit from other investors’ views in order to improve their own dialogue with companies. A geographic approach will also enable a better understanding of the intrinsic challenges faced by companies.

• Japanese Companies: 30 March, 4 - 5.30pm GMT
• Review:  5 April, 3 - 4.30pm GMT

Each session will be followed by an executive summary and a suggestion for possible collaborations in the dialogue with selected originator companies.
